I used it for the first time tonight. It works really well. My nose feels moisturized in a sense. That’s the best way I can describe it. It also removed whatever was there in my nose. It feels open like I can breathe better. It comes with a bunch of saline packs so you’ll get quite a few uses out of this gadget. I also appreciate the accessory bag so you can put it away in your closet, already stored away.

This nasal irrigation system is fantastic! I will say I was a little intimidated at first but it is absolutely a game changer! I am used to using a neti pot but this system blows it out of the water. My sinuses have never felt better! I like that I can easily control it and how comfortable the nasal pillows are while using it. It has made such a difference in my sinus pressure and has cleared my sinuses better than anything I've tried before! The instructions are very easy to follow and the system is really easy to set up and clean it as well. I love that it comes in a nice storage box. I definitely recommend trying it out for yourself!

I suffer from sinus issues and allergies and in the winter my sinus flare up the most. I got this device to help flush my sinuses, so I can breathe easier. Setting up the device was really simple and easy! It's wasn't painful to use and I was sure to use it warm filtered water, so it is soothing for my sinus passage. My NasalFresh MD irrigator instantly clears out congestion for my whole family! This system relieves us from clogged nose, allergens and mucus. It is so easy to use and is safe for our toddler. My son’s father sometimes uses this twice a day because of his constant allergies. My son prefers to use the irrigator without the saline packets since he hasn’t mastered breathing through his mouth to avoid swallowing the salt taste. He is five years old, so he will get it one of these days. I love how small the system is and the carry on case makes it perfect to keep clean when stored away. The tanks are easy to clean. A great investment! I was looking for something to help with allergies and an almost constant runny nose. I decided to give NasalFresh MD a try. It comes in a very nice travel box and has a very clear and concise introduction manual. There are also great video reviews that show you how to use it. It comes with a USB cable and the first thing you want to do is charge. Once charged add distilled, room temperature water. Do not use tap water. I like that they remind you a few times in the instructions. You add your saline packet, which they provide a ton. There are 3 levels so you can decide the 'intensity" you want the device to be when in use. Pull out the hand control and align the "pillows" against your nose for a gentle seal. You don't want to put pressure on the nostrils. Push the button on the handheld device and then you begin the irrigation process. When the upper tank is half way through the saline solution, turn the hand control over and to the opposite way through the nasal passage until empty. You can then clean both tanks with hot water and clean the nasal pillows. Easy peazy! I immediately felt better when done. I could breathe easier and did not have a runny nose. This is something that you can use all the time and a great investment!

Ever since the wildfires starting here in the Los Angeles/Ventura area my sinuses have been extra out of whack from the air pollution. This product comes with extra nose pillows, lots of saline packs, and a carrying case. Also, it is charged by a USB that's included. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a good quality nasal irrigation tool. :)
