After few days of trying I definitely love it. I feel it rinses very well my sinus and that fact that it also has suction is very helpful and makes the process easier. It doesn't just shoot back into the sink, but the machine catches the water and you can just dunk it out later. It is a lot less messy than a regular saline rinse and I like that there are different modes for the water to come out. You can also pull the nozzle off which means you don't have to carry the machine along with you when using it.

I was very impressed with the double system. Although I was a little afraid that it would be too strong and could hurt me, I was surprised that it didn't happen at all!
