This is such an essential device that I believe everyone should have at home. With this weather change I always tend to get a stuffy nose. I'll start by saying I am already a huge fan of nasal irrigation. I seem to always get sinus headaches both during and after any respiratory infections and nasal irrigation has been the only thing that has consistently worked for me. I have tried both the pot and the bottle and while both are perfectly fine methods, this one is definitely a game changer for me. It is SO much easier to use and much more comfortable than the other methods. The device itself is pretty easy to clean too so definitely a plus for me. If you're new to nasal irrigation - it is always a bit of a learning curve to get used to - but this device definitely makes doing it easier and more attractive to stick to. I started out with the pot method and I would not recommend that to anyone starting out because of how messy and complicated learning to do it could be! This device definitely is less messy, easier to learn, and less time consuming to do!
