NasalFresh MDReviews of nasalfreshmd.com

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product and amazing customer service! I’ve been using Nasal Fresh to help with my sinus issues, and I’ve been really happy with it. It helps me breathe easier and has been a great addition to my routine, especially when my sinuses are acting up. What really impressed me, though, was the customer service. I had an issue where the product malfunctioned, and they were incredibly helpful and quick to make it right. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that actually stands behind their product and takes care of their customers. I definitely recommend Nasal Fresh—not only for the product itself, but also for the excellent customer service! 💗

I’ve been using this product for about five months. During that time, I experienced a product defect, and the manufacturer provided a replacement. I believe the company’s customer service and responsiveness are well managed, and I appreciate how they handled the issue. Since I started using this product, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the frequent nosebleeds and pain caused by inflammation inside my nose. These symptoms have almost completely disappeared, and I currently use the device to rinse my nose about once a week. So far, I’m very satisfied with the product and have had no further complaints or performance issues. I’ll continue using it and will update this review if I experience any problems in the future.

This device is very effective! It cleans and suctions out the mucus, germs, and pollen out of your nose. It helps you to breathe so much better!

This makes everthing easier for me. Before I got it, I had to stand with my head almost upside down in the sink. Now I can stand upright and the machine does all the work. It's wonderful. When I had a question, their agent was quick to respond. I tried this because the MD who handles my sinus issues suggested it. Now I can't say enough good things about this Nasal Irrigation System.

Great product and easy to use. Gets the job done and customer service is outstanding. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

I purchased this product to help with rinsing my sinuses after having several surgeries. Prior to my purchase, I was using a sinus rinse bottle. I suspect that my current nasal anatomy prevented me from being able to use Nasal Fresh successfully. I received excellent customer service from two different representatives. They even scheduled a Zoom meeting to be sure that the machine was working and that I was following the directions correctly. I was issued a full refund and was allowed to keep the device for use in the future as I continue to heal.

We've been using this now for about 6 months and are really glad we bought it. With an internal battery, we can use it wherever we want and I've only charged it twice. With various speeds we can choose our comfort level. With the many salt packets we have yet to run out. I told my sister about this, she bought one and she loves it too!!

The nasal fresh product and customer service is top notch! I appreciate the fast response and resolution and I can say i have never had service this fast and complete. Adds to the just amazing product. For sure changed my life and stuffiness. Thank you again Michelle. You were great.
