Don’t think this works at all. Doesn’t clean anything for me the water comes out clear and I blow my nose after and mucus comes out so exactly what is this supposed to do just run water tru. Best thing I did I bought it from Amazon and they return policy is great

The product didn't work at all for me. It was extremely unfcomfortable to use - Navage works FAR better in my experience. This thing feels extremely cheaap. However - this wasn't the terrible part. I gave the product a shot - I contacted them for the promised refund, and it was a huge pain to get the refund approved. Once it was approved, it was not a FULL refund - they took $20 for shipping and "handling." Then - I got sick, and I missed my return window by a day. When I emailed them, they were completely unwilling to work with me. So - now I have a worthless piece of equipment. DO NOT recommend - do not recommend even giving it a shot.

My ears popped and have water that seems to be clogged in my ears after my first use. It's very uncomfortable right now and my balance was off for a bit.

Doesn't allow the water to come out, and it feels like it is sucking out your brain and ears... your very soul!!! Return policy is terrible. Do Not Buy this! Absolutely terrible zero stars!!!

I have now had 2 ( they replaced the first one) and both died within a month of opening the box. Their support email bounces back.
