I love my MD Nasal Fresh. It really has helped improve my breathing. I have tried the squeeze bottle and other nasal irrigation systems, but none work this easily and efficiently. Maintenance is easy as well. Plus, the support staff is wonderful and working with them was a delight. They responded quickly and resolved a problem I had created. All in all, I heartily recommend MD Nasal Fresh, to anyone who wants to improve their breathing and sleeping .

My experience with Nasalfresh MD was good . I had a ear pressure problem after using this product. The problem is almost resolved.

I had a really good experience using this product, I had been suffering with nasal congestion thanks to cold and flu season and I tried vapor rubs and Nasal strips etc. but this is the only thing that helped me breathe better . I wish I knew about it sooner

It’s sick season so I had to find something fast to help the whole household out! I bought the nasal fresh hoping to get fast relief. The machine features powered rinse and suction, usb rechargeable, 3 power settings, auto clean, countertop design, anti microbial technology, and more! The powered saline pushes saline into one nostril and around the back of the nose. Then the powered suction sucks the saline out the other nostril, getting rid of all the mucus, viruses, and bacteria. It was gentle and easy to use. I increased the power as I became more comfortable. It cleared out everything! When I was done, it self cleaned and I could breathe again. No more pressure! I love it. 10/10!

I got this for my husband as he suffers from chronic congestion and allergies. He has used a nedi rinse in the past but wow has this been an upgrade. Looks alone this thing is awesome. It comes with its own carrying case for storage and travel which is awesome. Easy to use right off the bat, he had no issues. Cleaning the other ones was always a little hard and this one is so simple. Ok for the info you want, the effect: his congestion is significantly decreased. He says he can breathe better than he has in years. He is now a lifelong customer and I am so glad we tried this one.

As someone who has a deviated septum and has always had some level of congestion, this thing was like a magic trick! First of all, I was expecting it to shoot out forcefully and be super uncomfortable - but nope! It’s a super gentle stream and suction. When you’re done, you can blow out all the extra stuff that’s been hanging out in your sinuses for who knows how long. My ears crackled and opened up. I’m seriously feeling like a new person! Definitely keeping this in my tool kit for when I get sick too.
