He said the relief was unbelievable. That alone was worth the 5stars. Then we had an issue with the device & I called customer service, and they resolved it within 5 mins - I never expected it to be so easy! Very friendly, very helpful and a great product - thank you !

The company and the product are phenomenal. For the company, the customer service is excellent. My package was lost by their delivery partner, but they worked with me quickly, fairly, and effectively to give me the steps I needed to take to request replacement. They were nothing but kind to me throughout this process. For the product, this is the only one I've tried that really works. For me, my nasal passages are like a maze. What happened with other systems, including another big name, is it would fill my sinuses with the saline but the suction did not have the power to remove it. In effect, it would be pushing the irritants deeper and spreading them around. This removed almost every mL it put in and every irritant that was trapped inside. Despite how thorough it is, it also felt very gentle even on the highest setting. Also, I actually like their saline packets, but I like that you can also use other packets and other cleaners to help supplement the existing cleaning power when you need it. Truly a system with no compromises

I buyed this product because I was really sick and it helped me a lot with the flu and after this I use it for my allergies I use it daily 10/10

I love the NasalFreshMD device! When it suddenly stopped working after 6 months, (power was not reaching the handheld part) I reached out to customer service, not sure what to expect. Leah responded the next business Day with trouble shooting suggestions and assurance of help. Unfortunately, all the suggestions required power to the nasal section, so I emailed a short video of the problem. Within 12 hours, I had an email from Leah and an order for a free replacement device! That's uncommon customer service!

I suffer from bad congestion from time to time and I wanted to change that, which led me to finding NasalFresh MD. I came across an ad show casing the product and how it function which piqued my interest, so I decided to give it a shot and purchase this newly invention, but to sum it up what made my experience great was that after I had purchased the wrong promotion of the package, I had email there customer service to sort out the issue and they were happily to oblige my request.

I took a chance on the NasalFreshMD after watching an ad. I’ve been struggling with nasal issues for decades now. Hopefully, this will help it. My unit came with an issue. It wouldn’t pump. So I reached out and I was fortunate to be assigned to Leah. Her willingness to help and troubleshoot was great, very easy to follow. However, after she saw a video demonstration of it not working after troubleshooting steps, without hesitation, she was able to order a new replacement. Companies who don’t stand behind their products are willing to provide the service like Leah demonstrated. I’m very hopeful the device will help my nasal issues, especially now because I have confidence in the company!
