I made an online order at the Columbus Ohio 161 Dublin Granville store. I went there item was pulled but it was lost I waited 45 minutes while they searched eventually, I was refunded the money but I had to wait for the money to go back into my account and was forced to have to go somewhere else and make another purchase. This store is in a disarray and needs to be overhauled starting with Management. I would shop at another location.

Stay from these people....They are rude and be careful before order anything because they won't take your RETURN.. I will never buy anything from them, Period

Stay away from this overpriced store on Nimitz in hawaii. They don't even sell quality parts and the prices are overpriced. Bought an overpriced set of star bits and it rusted out 1 month later. Tried to return it and Darren was not friendly and tries to assert his manager authority. Called corporate and they wouldn't return or refund purchase. Stay away from Napa Nimitz as they are con artist that will not refund your money for mediocre quality overpriced tools​​

napa auto parts 9361 sierra ave fontana called to get some inner and outer front hub bearings and seals the big Hispanic man told me they don't carrier bearings only disc breaks hubs only amazing how a big auto parts store does not carrier just bearings very rood salesman so called another napa and oh my goodies they had all that i needed and much better costumer service

Sold me the wrong brake caliper gave me a hard time just to return it had to go through back and forth arguing.

I purchased a battery charger from NAPA online for 189.00 Received a defective non working item Was refused a simple return via corporate by email Disputed the rejection to return and again was denied Even when i filed a return request in the required time What seems like a logical reasonable return of a defective item turned into deceit by Napa

A ZERO would be best for this scam of a company! I purchased an air compressor online and within 30 minutes cancelled it and then received notification that it was shipped to me three days later. I rejected it on delivery and two days later found it on my porch. I contacted corporate and they apologized and gave me a return #. As per instructions from Napa online corporate I took it personally to the ups store and shipped. Well one month goes by and still no refund. Checked the ups slip only to find it was returned to Napa days after sending it back. I called Napa and told them that I would be disputing it with my credit card because I have documentation showing proof of shipping and that you have received it. My bank credit card sent me a letter which Napa sent my bank card company claiming that I have received the product and never returned it and that I am miss using my credit card. Well even after I sent documentation to everyone at least my bank card company took my side with overwhelming evidence and believed me so now I’m looking into legal options as Napa literally claimed I’ve stolen the product and falsely filed a claim. They’re a trash company and warn everyone to stay away!!!

One NAPA store wont return unused parts, with a receipt, bought from another NAPA store. They wont stand behind their product or warranty. Huge ripoff. Autozone is so much better!
