I had a problem with a recent purchase that turned out to be the incorrect part necessary to solve the problem after it was installed. I was able to return it with no difficulties whatsoever. I explained the situation and Chris was understanding and refunded the full purchase price on the spot. Great employees and great customer service! Strongly recommend the store in zip code 21030. Very happy with all the napa parts I’ve fitted over last few years. Most customers are looking for a quality part at a reasonable price NAPA certainly meet this criteria. Can’t comment on the on line ordering as I get daily deliveries however I would say preserve nothing worth having ever came easy lol

Went to the NAPA store in Fairfield, OH. The folks inside were very kind and helpful. Got what I needed for my Camry Solara and was back on the road in minutes!

Excellent store in Flagstaff, Arizona, with helpful service, courteous staff, good values. Store salesperson TJ helped me locate a problem with my motor home which was more than we would have expected of service as he went out of his way to help me find the problem and the solution which was easy after that. My experience doing business at the NAPA stores in New Mexico and Colorado has also been excellent.
