Larry at Napa in Idaho Springs, CO was a lifeline. Concerned about a red temperature light we stopped to see if we could find out the difficulty. Not only did he come out to see and took time looking in the manual then sold the coolant necessary and filled it for us. He was both helpful and reassuring as we proceeded on our travels. I’m from Minnesota and had the opportunity to spend a week visiting a friend and visiting many parts of beautiful Colorado. On our way home we stopped in Sterling, CO to have breakfast at McDonalds. Upon leaving my car wouldn’t start the battery was shot. We called for a tow that would take at least 1 1/2 hours. So we called University Napa. The woman that answered kindly said she could send out Dave. He put a new battery in and had us on our way in no time. I tried to give him a tip and he refused. The kindness and skills of the Napa team and especially Dave was greatly appreciated! THANK YOU FROM MINNESOTA!

We lost our alternator in Mount Vernon. Illinois traveling from Florida on a Sunday afternoon before Memorial Day and CJ was absolutely wonderful. Not only did he sell us an alternator but he also went above and beyond to help us find someone to put it in on a holiday weekand kudos to Napa, a plus plus customer service.

Oswaldo, the store manager, provided expert advice on new windshield wipers for both of my cars, and delivered superior service by installing them. It’s a busy store, but he demonstrated what outstanding customer service looks like. They have much more than wipers, I recommend giving this location an opportunity to meet your needs for automotive parts.

Order a part for my car from a different business. They shipped it to the wrong state, and I needed it ASAP. Contacted your store in Wichita, Kansas and the gentleman I spoke to was so very helpful. Unfortunately, they did have the part and I couldn't get it for at least 3 days. I needed the part ASAP because they were going to work on my vehicle the next day. He asked me if I looked anywhere else and I said yes. Your location was cheaper that's why I was going with Napa. The gentleman I spoke to went above and beyond to help me. He contacted the manage at one of your competitors and I was able to have them match your price so I could get the part I needed and got my car fixed. Without his help, I wouldn't have a vehicle this work to go to work.

I went to the foothills Napa,centre on a mission to get some parts for my husband. I was served by a lady who was super helpful and very polite. I didnt catch her name sadly She wore glasses and had brown hair. In this crazy hustle bustle world it’s so refreshing to have some one help me out. This lady went above and beyond to help me with my lack of knowledge for the parts I needed. Thank you for being so courteous and helpful.
