Refused to take back a core because they said they could not figure out how process it! Terrible customer service.

If there was a place for a negative star review Napa Auto Parts in Wharton Tx would get one. The clerk (Matthew Lopez) we dealt with was rude to both me and my wife. He lied to us about his ability to research a lost receipt, about the location being an independent part of the Napa chain and he had bad attitude without end. You'd think he'd be aware that there are at least three auto parts stores in Wharton Tx and that there would be some appreciation that we gave his store the opportunity for the sales the location made. No customer service No willingness to do the right thing and apparently no idea that the customer comes first. Both thumbs down

I, too would give the company NO stars, if I could!...Anyways, as to the NAPA company, itself, BEWARE of the sales that advertise 20% off. It is NOT 20% off of everything as they lead you to believe. After 4 months of constantly writing to and calling the company to find out about how these sales work and to complain about the way it is a scam for consumers, the company never responded except to tell me to call them, which I did and got no where. I will take my business elsewhere as they scam and do not give customer service. (One telephone agent actually told me, it is like a scam!) After I purchased hundreds of dollars last time, expecting it to be 20% off and it was not, I was very disappointed. So, BEWARE! Ask about the price of each and every item when you purchase at these sales there.

Ordered a Hydraulic fitting. Ordered on Saturday, told would be delivered to local store on Monday. As of today Wednesday no fitting no emails no updates. I ended up canceling WASTE OF TIME... NO UPDATES NO ITEMS NO EMAILS AFTER INITIAL ORDER. GARBAGE NAPA. I'm 64 been a mechanic my whole adult life. NAPA IS CRAP

Napa auto parts, pembina hwy Winnipeg Manitoba, Nov 13,2020. Verry poor customer service, not at all welcoming, very rude overall, no knowledge no people skills. And no weld through primer on location. I'm not driving across town where 40 of them are located. Shame on you Napa. It's no wonder why I dont come to you ever For anything.

Visited Napa on Barnet Highway in coquitlam recently. Very,very unfriendly staff. Smiles seem to be a painful action.

I have tried four times to get parts from them. I have been told by four different employees four different stories about the parts that I need. I have been told that they can get the parts but I will have to pay a freight change from California which is more than the parts. I have been told that they only make replacement parts for the front doors of a four door car. I have been told there are universal parts that will work. And I have been told that the parts are no longer available for my car. I have even been told by three employees that they would have the manager return my call. Guess what it has been a week now and no call from the manager. I was doing business over the phone because the closest NAPA Parts is twenty minutes away from me. So I won't be doing any more business with them. I will be ordering the parts online were I can get all the parts I need with a money back guaranty for less than it would have cost me for one part at NAPA. And they are factory parts.
