Don’t use the online service at Napa. They charge your card way more than their supposed to with the excuse that it’s a processing fee. Not stated anywhere on the website. Then they say I will get the fee back it 2-5 business days. Why take it in the first place. Pay cash or you’ll be ripped off.

This was my firt visit to Napa auto parts as i saw it was one of my discounts with AAA. I needed brakes and rotors and figured i would give it a try. I told the associate my make and modle car and bought my parts quickly and easily. While changing the rotors with my son as a teaching opportunity, it was apparent that they were not the right rotors. I drove back down to exchange them as mistakes happen, but the associate said he does not know why i had that size and looked te give me the correct ones. But, they did not have them, but said he would have them by 4. It would be cutting it close with daylight, but i agreed. When 4pm came and went without a call, i called them. They stated that they would not have my part until tomorrow as the driver stopped delivering after 2:30pm. I went to the store to get my refund as i now needed to get the part at a competitor. Upset, i asked why they did not call me sooner to let me know and they stated they didn't know until then and it was a holiday so it is what it is. When processing my refund, he messed up and took cash out of the drawer to make it right. Ugh. I got my part and finished the job with someone elses part. I will never go to that store again and i am sharing this story with anyone that will listen. Worst service experience ever! I will complain to AAA as they partnered with a crappy operation.

I purchased a speedometer cable online. It didnt fit my car. I returned it to the store to find out they dont refund shipping!! So i called customer service. She said their system shows it fits my car. I said your system is wrong. So she told me she would escalate the issue and i would hear back within 48 hours! Its easier to report the transaction as fraud and have the credit card replaced rather than deal with napa. Will NEVER buy from napa again!

Avoid NAPA Online at all costs unless you know exactly what you need. The returns process is absolutely terrible; you cannot return items to a store and they do not answer emails. It is extremely cumbersome and difficult to return items purchased online.

Napa is pretty much useless. You can't talk to a representative who lives in the states or understands how UPS works. So they do as little as possible to help you when you have issues with how they shipped and how they handle things. They pretty much say. "OH WELL EFFF YOU" and instead of find a resolution they leave you out of luck waiting for product. Would not recommend ordering from them at all for delivery. They are useless

Good products but RUBBISH, felt totally ripped off (especially since was $4 dearer than Bunnings),Person serving me went to another staff member sitting behind desk, pointed out product then pointed to me and they both began chuckling. WONT SEE ME AGAIN

All previous reviews that speak about bait and switch are absolutely true! You purchase a part online to be picked up at your local store and they send you an email with the price you thought you were going to pay which supposedly is 20% off. When you get to the store you are charged retail price with NO 20% discount. If you don't like it TOO Bad because you drove all the way there and are now faced with pay the higher price or go without! I have contacted customer care and supplied the receipt where I overpaid to get nothing but a bunch of jiberish. reported to Better Business Bureau with no results. It may only be $4 or $5 here and there but all adds up in the end. This is how this company bolsters their profits by overcharging their customers. Never had this problem at AutoZone or Advance Auto.

Poor customer service got charged twice, tried to call, they can't even afford good phones. Never again will I use them. Just horrible
