The amount of Negative Reviews about NAPA Suppliers says it all. I purchased an Exhaust System for my old Chrysler Sebring, via a so-called NAPA Supplier. Becuase I could not get the said sytem either in the UK where I live, nor anywhere Europe either. I paid an over the top price of $555 for said system. When I looked @ the craftmanship of said system, the welding of said muffler/silencer box was rubbish, very poor quality. When I had it installed onto my Sebring, it is effecting my Sebrings performance & making a rattelling noise, pish. I eventually found a Stainless Steel Supplier over here, who will install a stainless steel exhaust system, for not much more than what I paid the NAPA supplier, for a exhaust system which will last the life-span of my Sebring. If only I found the stainless steel supplier before these NAPA sand dancers/chancers. If I was you Folks, give this NAPA Supplier, (M & MacAutoDiscountParts Kentucky) a wide berth/avoid. They are a shower of Rip-Off Merchants, that is for sure, sincerely Folks.

Napa batterys are just terrible, I had the same problem with mine other people here explained, 4 mnth they will last and then they will drain power, I got a second one and it did the same thing, I can get a new one again, but I think it will do the same thing and just drain after a few months.

Napa sold me a napa battery for my automobile. They try to sell you an extended warranty that can be 100 dollars extra. I took my bad battery back and they tested it and said it just needed to be charged which was a lie. I was forced to buy a rebuilt battery from another business and the cars been running great for 3 weeks. Don't buy from napa they are dishonest crooks and definitely don't believe you have a warranty on the battery you buy from there. There was an entire year left on the battery's warranty but they lie and say your battery is still good.

I had a napa battery installed in my car and after 3mths it kept draining so my mechanic got a replacement for me and after another 3mths it did exactly the same thing so I paid more for a Bosch battery and have had no further problems dreadful quality keep away from Napa

Horrible experience. Ordered and paid for parts that didn't come. Buy from anyone other than these clowns.

Napa's customer service is by FAR the worst I've ever experienced. I made a mistake and accidentally clicked on and ordered a brake pad and rotor kit that didn't have the brake pad clips (why they even offer kits without clips is beyond me) but when the parts arrived, the box was opened and there were no clips and I hadn't yet realized I'd ordered the wrong ones. I called in to customer service, spoke to someone clearly not in this country and who clearly didn't speak English primarily nor know who to answer any of mine nor his own questions. I ordered a kit, and that is how it arrived, yet he insisted on knowing the individual part numbers which I didn't have and had to go find for him which he could've easily located on his own. Then he didn't bother to check to see if it was the right brake pad kit it not and then shipped me another of the wrong brake pad kits. Now I've realized that I must've done something wrong and now I've called back again trying to return the whole thing so I can order the right one, get another rep who clearly knows nothing and isn't from this country, he keeps making getting specific part numbers my problem when I don't have them and never got them because I ordered a kit. I get frustrated, ask to speak to someone in the US, sit on hold forever, hang up, check their website which clearly says I can email in for returns. I do that, wait a few DAYS for a response, I've already included ALL pertinent information, there's no reason why they can't process my return, and then they finally respond telling me they can't help me this way and that I need to call customer service. Now I've had enough. I will never order anything from Napa's website again, and I'm seriously thinking twice about patronizing their stores too. At least those are locally owned. Awful service. Just awful.

I purchased a 5x7 Napa utility trailer. Do not purchase this product! We didn't receive it for two and a half months, (so it can't be returned). We built it and drove it for a day and a half and the axle broke at the wheel. We now have a $900 tow bill (credit card) to get it home and now it's worthless anyway and didn't even get to use it for a full 48 hours! Oh, and I have about a $1,700 credit card bill for this purchase that I still have to pay off for this worthless item. We double checked ALL of the weight limits and was well under the car, trailer, and overall total limits! Ugh! This is a very poor choice. I would rate it a "0" if they had one!! Save yourself and get something else! You will pay for it anyway!
