NAPA AUTO PARTSReviews of napaonline.com

The key word is honest? On line there was Caster Oil GTX on sale for $26.99 for 5 Qt jug. I went to the local napa store to see if they had it? They didn't have it in stock, he looked it up on the computer and said it was on sale would be $26.99 and he would order it for me. I go and pick it up a few days later and they charge me $45.00 for it. They wouldn't give a refund for the difference? This was money well spent, to find out who is a crook?

Part came apart wheninstalling(Audi window regulator . I’ll never buy another part that is delivered to my residence or business again. Returned but no communication after the part was received by Napa.

Be careful. NAPA will put a temporary hold on your money when you shop online. That's right. I purchased brake pads online with my account and my local store. The total was $47.62 yet NAPA billed me for $50.00. When I called support they responded with that's their policy and a notice of such was included with my emailed confirmation. Why was this information not disclosed to me prior to making my purchase somewhere on the check out site? The amount is not the issue, it's the principal. Though the money will come back they should not be able to decide whether to put a hold on my or anyone else's money. Also, I used my AAA card for what should have been a 10% discount which is clearly visible on the check out page, only to find out that after the online check out page showed that my discount had been applied in fact it never was. So now NAPA is holding more money than my actual purchase price, and I was stiffed on my online discount because apparently the store I shopped at wasn't honoring the AAA discount. I will say this, the assistant store manager did offer me any reasonable product to make up for the AAA debacle which was very considerate. However, the discount is what I really wanted. NAPA do better with your online experience. WOW! Was a loyal napa customer. Never again!

Purchased brake pads from Napa's website and next day delivery was promised. That was not the case. 4 days later i received the package (open package by the way) and one of the pads had a busted chip. Called customer service to ask for a return label and now im ni the middle of this battle with UPS because NAPA put me in the middle of them and UPS. long story short, 3 days and 30 pictures later i have yet to see an end to this.... stay away from purchasing from Napa

I’ve been a mechanic for 28 years. Recently I needed a part from NAPA for an exhaust job. The part was not correct when I paid cash for it. So, I did what any person would do. Return it. They refused to give me back the cash. The part still had its sticker on it. Never used. I had the receipt. The part was so overpriced, but was expecting to get high quality service. Buyer Beware!! Note: I Never write reviews, but this one is to protect you from this one way business. AutoZone here I come! Even dealership prices are cheaper and have a return policy.

I went to napa beginning of February for a tranny filter they gave me the wrong one and wrong fluid I went back because the filter didn't look rite they looked up my vehicle by my vin and gave me a different filter and fluid type I went home and installed it it after calling the store to find out if there were other options because it didn't loom rite but mounting holes and inlet holes were the sane so I installed it and my truck wouldn't move I called and went down with my old filter and the guys states oh F### it's that one and proceeds to give me the correct filter and fluid again and I go home and install it and now tranny is slipping in forward and reverse and Napa isn't calling me back or doing a dam thing about it so there system is wrong and I'm given bad info and parts and it's my fault ?
