Your Dunnellon, Florida store is terrible. Even the manager can’t look up parts correctly. Worst parts store I’ve ever been to. NAPA lost me for good.

NAPA Auto parts stores use to be the place to go, not any more. Been there at least 6 times and walked out empty handed. I'm talking parts like air filter, spark plugs, break pads, radiator hose, nada, zip, nothing. I'm talking about parts for a Chevy! I try desperately to support local businesses. Not going to waste time with local parts stores anymore.

The employees do not know what they are doing! I was in twice to get a flasher relay. Both times I was sold the wrong part. The employees told me it was my fault. I brought my Jeep to Scotty's Auto Repair. Scotty's told me the wrong flasher relay was the problem. I will never go to Napa again

I went to the NAPA auto store in Groesbeck, Texas, and asked for some help. I was even going to buy some things I needed to shop for. While I was there, I asked if I could get some help reading some fuses. I even offered to purchase the multi-meter needed. The manager looked as if I had offended him, so I asked him if I had offended him. It escalated from there, and I was told never to come in his store again. These are people who do not believe in customer service but rather believe in HOW DARE ME BOTHER THE MANAGER with a question because they truly believe they are entitled. Therefore, I will not spend another dime at NAPA Auto and if I could give them a zero stars I would.

Reference number 6360329 - NAPA customer support is the worst. I call to cancel the online order - they said it would be cancelled. Two hours later - my order has been shipped. I call back asking why it wasn't cancelled. Oh you have to wait to receive the items and then YOU have to call us back to arrange a UPS pickup. I call back to arrange a UPS pickup. Then UPS never comes to pickup my order. You guys SUCK.

Tried to order a battery online using the Lucky20 discount code. At first the online system said it would ship it to me. Then it said to check a nearby store. The store closest to me said it did not have it. I called them and they told me Tampa had it. Called Tampa and they said that was incorrect but that they could order it - however, they would not honor the 20% off. Called customer service 1-800 number. They said they did not have it in stock. Bottom line is that the website showed the discount. The store would sell it to me for regular price. Bait and switch.

Napa online delivery to home is a very bad customer experience. I called multiple times when my order was late and they promised to reship my order for both an inner and outer tie rod end. When I finally received the package after multiple calls, one of the two items was missing. The box was unopened and sealed and had enough packaging material to fill the rest of the box. The packing slip listed both parts on it. Napa tells me now that I cannot get a refund since the package was delivered. I am out the cost of the part that was missing with no recourse except to file a chargeback with the credit card company. I know that Napa won’t read or respond to online reviews. Napa used to be my trusted source for parts for decades, but they have lost a customer for life.

I'll never shop here again. I bought front brakes pads and rotors. I gave them name and number just like I do at autozone etc. I was a first time customer and invested in high quality to last on my vehicle. The woman told me warranty is automatic for the parts. Never did she say warranty isn't added in the system nor do they keep the information you give then. Never was it stated to not misplace your receipt because your receipt is the only proof. True enough I'm used to Advance auto parts keeping in system but if I was told I would of copied receipt. I have moved homes and everything and I can't fine this receipt worth nothing. Money just gone down the drain. Even though I know now, I still wouldn't buy from them again because things happen like house fires etc its a lot to keep a receipt 4 to 8 years safe. I'll stick with others. I need to replace brake pads but rotors are fine still. So I would still have to keep receipts even longer. This is crazy and unprofessional.
