I ordered a compressor on a Tuesday, that was to be delivered on Friday. It’s now Friday, the order hasn’t been shipped and it’s supposedly due to the particular warehouse being out of stock, when it was in stock the day I placed the order. The warehouse has reached out to another to see if they have it. No answer yet, plus an added 5 days once and if it does ship. It is available in my local stores, but originally, I simply didn’t want to hike down there. So I ask the CS person, if I can go down there pick it up locally. No I cannot, because my order is still active and they could still ship it. And then I would have double the money out there while I wait weeks for a refund. What a pile of crap. This isn’t the NAPA of yesterday. I might as well bought from Harbor Freight. What a joke.

I bought an HVAC Blower Motor online/Store Pickup for $118.71 via PayPal. My Napa online account showed $118.71, my PayPal showed $118.71 & my printed store receipt showed $118.71. After I was done installing the part I noticed my PayPal app showed I was charged $124.65. Nothing on the Napa site, Napa printed receipt or on PayPal explained what the extra $594 charge was for. I called the store. They immediately said that they had nothing to do with billing. Corporate did that. I called corporate only to find out that charge an extra 5% & I quote "to ensure there is sufficient funds to cover the item" This is illegal without divulging this prior to payment. I was told it would go back to $118.71 within 5 business days. What if I had just enough to make the $118.71 purchase? This is 100% BS! I am done with Napa. I would also strongly suggest that a boycott of Napa take place to force them to print this BS charge SOMEWHERE BEFORE checkout!

Useless place. Unhelpful, rude and not honest as they told me to come down to collect something and they didn’t have it!

I was driving in Colorado and purchased snow chains, The got a pair of chains and asked the store person to on how to use them he had some thing in display and told that that is the same I was getting and showed a demo. As I was travelling I left the place and two days later when opened the pack it was a different chain. When i called Napa store they said that I cant return snow chains. They blamed me for not opening and checking what I bought at store. More over the price they charged to me on that was 270$ where as the same product was sold for 85$ at Amazon, Walmart, Discount tires etc. When I called Napa they said call the store , when I called the Store they said call Napa. When I questioned them about Price gouging they just hung up on me.

I'm a mechanic with 25 years experience and NAPA used to sell top of the line parts but no more. All of their parts come from manufacturers that have been purchased by private equity or venture capital groups. The last few times I went there, the parts were defective, barely functional or required modification to work. The kicker is that their parts are sold at premium prices so it's worse than Autozone. For example, I recently purchased a radiator for a GM vehicle. NAPA's supplier of radiators is Spectra Premium, which was purchased by a company named Turnspire in 2021. The radiator was light, twisted and the fittings for the trans and oil coolers required adapters that were loose and while tightening, the entire plastic molded facade would bend. Online, the Spectra Premium is sold on Rockauto for $98 and NAPA sold it at $305. At least at Autozone you get what you pay for; at NAPA you pay more for complete garbage. I feel bad for the staff, they seem professional and know what they're doing. They can only sell what they're supplied with.

I did the online order to save the 20% ordered 2 control arms and they did get them the next day. The boxes came beat up parts hanging out that was not the issue the ball joint boots are ripped and the grease was all over i called customer service and was told I'll have the replacement the next days (that was Saturday of last week) I called today Monday and got told they forgot to send them and they will get them out. All the while blaming ups when napa packing was absolutely horrible on a some what heavy product. The napa service person told me nothing more to do on my end I'll get tracking by 5pm and parts tomorrow it's now 2 hours past that time window the only thing I got was UPS calling me to help with sending pictures for the claim napa has with ups lol. What a joke this place is the store can't help you the online won't help you better off shopping else where my car will be down for 2 more weeks at this rate.

My order was sent to Ohio, while my address is in Michigan, as specified on my NAPA account, after a few calls and email attempts, I'm still not sure when the part will arrive, going on day 11. Custome service said I should get a replacement tracking number in 24-48 hours. I would recommend if you order online from NAPA, ONLY do an in-store pick-up. ***UPDATE*** It has now been 14 days and still getting words, no action.

Lexus is300h droplinks, only lasted 5 months, do not use. Both side are clunking, I changed as a pair even though I didn't need the other side. amayama will supply me with ome parts
