Terribly quality parts, after many assurances that many of their product lines have changed manufactuer I'm still getting problems. Some batteries and wheel bearings aren't even lasting a year. They've taken over my local parts retailer and have completely ruined it, I go elsewhere now, after nearly 50 years of using the same branch.

Can't Fulfill Basic Orders
Every company that operates within the U.S. has gone to sh*t, with even Napa joining in. Sick and tired of buying tools or parts, waiting for weeks, and then all of a sudden have my order cancelled with the only reason being that they "can't fulfill it." This happens enough times that you'd think they just wouldn't list items for sale. No forewarning either. Usually I find out through my banking app, noticing a refund. I quit asking altogether, doesn't get you anywhere. Gimmicky company that can't tell it's a*s from a hole in the ground

Worst customer service EVER
Worst customer service EVER. Positively abysmal and complete waste of time. "Wait another 24 hours". Hardly - it's already been 5 days.

Ordered truck battery on Saturday ….was told would be delivered Wed. I paid for the battery and received order confirmation which now stated it would arrive Friday. I attempted to phone the number listed on receipt but is disconnected. No other phone number available. It was told I would receive tracking number for shipping…no more correspondence nor tracking info. Was sent. I phoned Minnesota NAPA distribution customer service and the person was clueless as to what I was talking about and had zero knowledge of NAPA online orders nor had any idea who I could call.
Complete and Total Mess for a Company that 50 years ago was top notch….

Ordered part online with guarantee next…
Ordered part online with guarantee next day Saturday delivery, at high price but I needed it fast, I was to pick it up at local store in Monroe, Conn. Well, its 3 days later and after one trip there and two phone calls in that someone would call me right back ( which never happened) I dont have my item. I did however get lots of excuses. The counter man on second call did order one for me thru regular system, and it arrived the next AM, ( The one from internet order still not arrived) So, at least the local store functioned. And these places wonder why Amazon does so well, lesson learned, I will never order anything from Napa online again. SOOOO many other options, locally, including another being built less than 1/4 mile away.
Second complaint: After checking out after internet order online, I noticed a notation stating that Napa would be holding additional monies on my credit card due to all 50 states having different sales tax rates. Is that something a national company should not know?? Gee, talk about free money, do that enough times a day and suddenly you are floating in cash! Not cool Napa

Knowingly sending wrong parts.
Ordered parts for my car using the website. Napaonline.com was sent wrong parts. Called the store was told with attitude too bad. Would not exchange for correct part. I called for a return label never received. I had to take the parts back to the store. The store tells me never use website it will always get it wrong. Why would they continue to serve the public when they know it it an issue. When they know this?
