NEVER buy from Napa! Online or in store. I ordered an accessory for my car online from them. They told me it came with a discount which they lie about to get you to checkout before telling you it can't be applied. They say its in stock, it's not and takes 10x longer to get than if you order anywhere else. If you contact them it takes days to get a response. By the time the item finally arrived I didn't even need it anymore nor want it due to the frustration. You can't return to a store you have to go through online.  You have to send them a message in which they tell you they're working on it and take 5 days to get back to you. They then try to make you use their return label which you have to pay for, and charge you a restocking fee, unlike almost any other online retailers these days. You have to ask them for the return address to ship it yourself and not let them rip you off again.  I wrote them a message stating my distaste for the whole experience and how dissatisfied I was with them. No response at all. I sent them another message asking if they got my message. They said "Yes, Thanks for the feedback." I've never seen such horrible customer service in my life. They have lost all my business for life.

Never ever buy parts from Napa, especially online. I bought parts that were shipped in retail packaging, they arrived damaged. The replacements also arrived damaged because they shipped the replacements in retail packaging. I only received a partial refund and customer service has been ignoring me for over a month now. Avoid Napa at all costs!!! Buy your parts from any other online merchant such as Rock Auto or CarParts.com, both of which I have never has an issue with.

I will start off by saying that I have been in the automotive industry for over 20 years and have watched Napa evolve. I work for a dealership that occasionally has to get parts from them due to back order or no longer available issues. The pricing of all of the parts we have ever quoted are 90% of the time more expensive than the OEM part. Then the part quality is inferior, doesn’t fit, leaks or does not work. Brake calipers and rotors are the worse items to get from Napa. Rotors don’t seem to last at all. Rotors become warped and this is with professional installation. Calipers are hit or miss. Some of them the threads that the line attaches to are damaged or the parking brake sections on them leak fluid. Alternators, terrible. We have started using other chains like Auto zone, Advance or Oreillys. Have had 0 issues with all of the above. Plus the pricing is about half of Oem pricing which makes sense. Highly recommend staying away from Napa for anything as you can get better quality parts elsewhere for less money.

....NAPA AUTO PARTS OF HUNTINGTON,INDIANA.... ...I called the NAPA auto parts store in Huntington,Indiana...........and a very nasty, rude, hostile customer service person answered the phone as I was trying to order parts for my car, and he refused help me with my order.......very hostile, so I decided to shop at the Auto zone and O'Rielleys here in Huntington,IN, as they are kind and helpful towards customers. ....I really like NAPA auto parts, and have been shopping at this NAPA store for many years , and this is the first time I encountered a hostile employee at this store. ..He should not be working customer service at this store!

If I could I would not given even one star. I went today 4th of March 2025 to ask about a car part and there was a customer in front of me, the salesman told me and to another customer to wait 15 minutes because they have a lunch break.After 20 minutes the salesman came very disturbed and told us that it will take another 30 minutes because the lunch break is not over.Let me tell you something apart from the fact that you do not have customers service at all, your attitude is very disrespectful when I say hello and you don't answer me means you don't have a bit of respect and in a way I bothered you because I want to buy something. I have been several times to buy parts and the sellers have always behaved very badly. It's the last time I'll buy parts from you because you didn't deserve my attention and that of other customers. I hope that your manager will see this complaint and take a stand because you will work there thanks to the new buyers. Without us you have nowhere to work.

There products are to expensive and the quality is the worst I ever seen! The store harbor freight has better prices and better brands.dont shop at the store in largo at walsanham rd.the main manager is completely unprofessional and is more interested in tic tock then serving his customer.

Various Napa suspension parts don't last. After having bought a number of parts from Napa which didn't last as long as they ought I recently raised with them the issue of a nearside suspension top mount failing within two years and less than 10,000 miles. A weld failed and I was lucky not to have had a serious accident. I asked the parts supplier to raise this with Napa but understand Napa did not respond. The vehicle also has an offside Napa top mount fitted which is now two years old. It's anyone's guess how long that one may last and whether it will fail in a potential dangerous fashion. Thus far it appears to be OK. I have Emailed Napa twice with no response. I will chase them a third time but I'm not convinced right now it will make a difference. To be fair I have had some good suspension parts such as struts from Napa but there are questions about quality they don't seem to want to address.

Don't bother. All parts fail almost immediately.
