Then I paid more money to have it shipped to Costa Rica only to discover that I am a victim of your scam advertising. TERRIBLE!

I paid for expedited shipping to ensure the item would arrive within the stated 3–7 business day window. However, I did not receive the package until May 19. This order was a graduation surprise for my daughter, featuring a sash with a picture of her late father. Because of the significant delay, the gift did not arrive in time for the event. While I received a $10 partial refund of the shipping fee, this does not make up for the missed opportunity to share this meaningful moment with my daughter. Given that the guaranteed delivery window was not met and the sentimental value of the occasion was lost, I am requesting a full refund for this order.
