I was going to order two because i have two firefighters but I would have had to submit two separate orders. STUPID!!!!! Also when I reviewed the order it didn't show what name was going to be on the jacket so I have no idea if it's going to be MY name, WRONG, or the actual firefighter that this ornament is intended for

Very easy site to use. Just typed in exactly what I wanted and previewed at the end. It was that easy.

I just ordered this morning. I liked that it gave me a preview. Hoping that it is as beautiful in person as it looked on line.

Order was “defective” and not shipped. I had received a shipping notification though. I contacted the company to check on the order and only then was I told it never shipped. It was a gift, and now, it won’t arrive in time. They are saying they cannot cancel the order because it’s already in production. This was their fault and not mine.

It was extremely easy to customize the tags I ordered and took very little time to place my order.
