I ordered a personalized sweatshirt for 39.99. Shipping took a descent amount of time, but it's actually not even a sweatshirt. It's a silky oversized thicker shirt. Very disappointed in the quality compared to the picture.

Awful material and looks nothing like what I paid for. I would like my money back. It is so cheaply made and looks like a long sleeved shirt that is not a sweatshirt. Very disappointed

Fast and efficient

I haven’t received my gifts yet. I just ordered them but customized my grandsons base ball photos on ornaments. Look like they are going to be awesome from seeing the proofs!! Super excited!!! Ordering was easy!! Thanks!!

The ornament does not look like it did in the ad Its pretty so I will keep it but I am disappointed in it

Very disappointed with the amount of money I spent on this custom sweatshirt. The material is very flimsy, cheap, and unexpected. Not sweatshirt material at all!

The experience was almost 5 stars ….so I gave it five stars because it’s very pretty, My granddaughter appreciated it. The problem was that the engraving was much lighter than I had expected. This made it difficult to read.

Very disappointed in the quality and the size was absolutely not the right size.
