Easy to customize! It was nice to see the details of the customization as I was building it.

Navigated fairly easily on the site editing the order to my liking,

The item arrived and did not look anything like the advertising. It was a cheap facsimile of what it was supposed to look like. Not happy with it at all!!

I thought it was a sweatshirt. Not a lightweight shirt.

So when shopping, these items looked like 3-D, NOT what we got for the price, 39 dollars for two tree ornaments, as opposed to what I perceived on the web site... It was to be a gift of the kids that lost their Father in a fire mishap!! I'm almost embarrassed to give this to them! Never again!!

After the 2nd try, it was easy to arrange my names and ordered it no problem

Ordering and customizing was simple! I just ordered today so I cannot comment on the product quality itself. I received my product yesterday and the material is not what I expected. I'm rather disappointed in it.

The photos were crisp and clear. The entire project was absolutely beautiful
