The process was so easy and fast love this

My wife ordered a picture collage for me for Valentine's Day. She spent quite a bit of time choosing pictures and arranging them so that it was just the way she wanted. She placed the order and paid on January 26. We got our first tracking update on February 11...our label was created in New York, but had not been picked up by the carrier. That is all the tracking info we ever saw. I emailed back and forth with customer service about our order. I was told that the shipper assured them they had it and it should be delivered in 5-7 days. Valentine's Day came and went and there was never a tracking update. Customer Service told me to just wait longer that there would be a resolution in 3 days...after 3 days, I was told to wait another 3 days. After 4 more days, I asked for a refund. They told me they would send me another one free of charge(no shit, I never got the one I paid for). By this time it is March and still no tracking info. I told them I would like another one with a 25% discount for the inconvenience. I was told the best they could do was 10%, but it could take up to 2 more weeks. I told them to go ahead and send it. The next day(today March 6) they send me an email saying that they are processing my refund. This place is a complete SHITSHOW! Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Very simple and easy to use. I love that I can actually see the results before purchasing.

I ordered a personalized gift the third week in January and paid a expedited shipping fee to have it here by February 14th and it is February 25th and still no gift that has arrived and very generic short responses when emailing and expressing my frustration with this. I had to ASK them for my exposures shipped fee be refunded which is common sense to just refund that as it wasn’t expedited. I am very very unhappy with their service and still waiting on my gift that was to be here on February 7th. I surely hope the gift I ordered is better quality than their service I will never order from this shop/site again

Products were very nice quality. Better than I expected. The delivery was terrible. Driver just left it in the driveway by the entrance to the property, no notice that the package was delivered in person, otherwise very nice products you sell. Very happy with my purchase.

They are awsome and I saw that they did memorial pictures. So I decided to have them do a canvas of my late husband. I saw the preview of his canvas. It's beautiful and get yours done if you do that have one of your late loved ones.

I will never order from this company everrrr again I’ve been waiting fir 30 days they responded after a few days to say it was in transit then, I sent another email said the tracking number is invalid, they said the package was lost now they have not responded. Refrain from ordering they’re scammers
