I haven’t received my package yet and there’s no tracking # and they just sent me an email saying I didn’t include the personalization which I know I did! Very hard to communicate with them

I placed an order and never received it. When I complained they sent a picture of the item delivered to my business address, dropped next to a side door, not the front door and it was clearly late at night. My front door has delivery hours which obviously they didn't bother to look. It was only a 20+ dollar item, but they won't offer to replace it or give my money back unless I can find the delivery person. What a joke

Truly fabulous experience

It was so easy to customize my sticker and I also had the option to change the names around to go from oldest to youngest! Wonderful idea. Can’t wait to see the results. I will let you know how satisfied I am when my order comes in👍

I didnt get what paid for ordered a XL got a small , will never order again from this company either refund my money or send me the right shirt
