Fast service great product

The shipping process is very bad no tracking number to check for free they take you to get a shipping pay tracking appp

Easy to navigate site.

Tried to cancel immediately after placing order. When I clicked cancel, it said the order was processed so to contact support. There was no support link anywhere on the page. I had to Google how to find support for nanyshop.com. It gave an email address, so I sent an email requesting cancellation. I received a notification that " message was not sent" because " user does not exist." 😡

I ordered with a mistake in my data. I emailed their customer service immediately and they were quick to fix it and reply.

When placing my order is was very user friendly. I placed my order very quickly with no problems.

Love what I ordered and can't wait for them to arrive.

While they have many things to look at, I could not find what I was looking for (an ornament) that I had seen on FB. The categories were also confusing and I had to go through a few of them to find one of the two ornaments I was looking to purchase. I never did find the second one on the site; had to open a separate FB page to see if it was there and, lo and behold, there it was. I made both purchases from the FB ad link. I shouldn't have had to do that. I got lucky was the way I saw it. Great stuff but very confusing webpage.
