I never received the product that I purchased of my son and I paid for it to be expedited and it been over a month and still nothing

I had issues with this i got two of the same ornament vs the ones i really wanted. Very difficult. Id like a regund n help with making the right product personalized

What I ordered looks to be a clear globe with a mixer and cooking utensils ect. what i received is a picture on a flat piece of plastic! Definitely not worth what I paid!

You need to allow for the entering of gate code for delivery.

Very good online shopping easy and a good price

I ordered two items. One custom item arrived on time and quality was as expected. Second item was very low quality and the item looked nothing like picture. Second item isn't worth the headache to deal with so not wasting my time returning it. Lessened learned if the website does not have reviews for items then there is a reason why they do not allow them on their website. I would buy from a website that allow reviews.

I had no problem initiating my order. When I reviewed the order, I realized that I meant to change the Shipping Address and had not done that. That's the reason I had to send NanyShop an email requesting that the Shipping Address be changed.

still waiting, did not know it was from China, false advertisement. Would love to cancel items!
