I ordered a Custom Photo Personalized ornament and it cost me a $30. For that price I received a cheap piece of plastic with a blurred image inside- a piece of garbage.

I am not sure if I am getting what is in the pictures as I did not understand the the pendent pc section meant? It shows all the charms but didn’t understand if the pendant part meant you only get the heart if you select 1pc or if that was what the picture showed?

I've emailed yall several times and have not gotten a reply. I need my canvas order changed the date on it is wrong and needs to be 05/07/2022

The reason I gave the review a 3 out of 5 stars is because I never got a confirmation sent to me via email with a confirmation number and a breakdown of the cost.

I saw their ads on my social media feed and decided to place an order for ornaments. A few days later, I received a notification stating that my order had shipped. I even paid for express shipping to receive it within seven business days. Ten days passed with nothing delivered. I reached out to the company—because they never contacted me—only to be told there was an issue with one of my ornaments but that they were “working on it.” Another week went by with no new shipping label or updates of any kind. I asked to cancel my order, and they still charged me a $5 USD cancellation fee. This company is a scam. Do not purchase from them.
