It was easy to order and came within the allotted time frame. Arrived safely and in a lovely box. I is a lovely sturdy item and well made.

not at all what i expected for the price.. looks like molded ornament on face book ad but is a flat picture on ???? sorry to say, not worth I paid...

Ordering was very easy

I thought this ornament was three dimensional based upon the ad/video on facebook. It is a flat plastic square. Additionally, once my order was placed and got the confirmation email, I did not receive any more communication even though it took two weeks to arrive. The company never provided updates via email so I originally thought I got scammed

I had an awful time trying to pay for my item. Trying to get my payment method accepted.

That'ok thank you

It was easy to order however I haven’t gotten my product yet so cannot answer any questions yet. My grandmother name is Nana. Thanks

Your advertisement was nothing like you sent me!! I thought it was a real baseball with a real backpack!! There you sent me a picture instead of the real deal like you advertised!! Well I learn from this never order something from this company!! You just waste your money like I did😡😡😡
