they were very helpful with my problems. Didn't try to sell me a more expensive version of your hearing aids. Anxiously awaiting the new aids. Hope they help.

Instruction booklet is absolutely…
Instruction booklet is absolutely WORTHLESS!!!!!!!!!! Kept calling the hearing aids, and charger "devices" instead of calling them by their names-hearing aids, charging case. The push button on the hearings aids trys to do too many fuctions. You can never tell if the hearing aids are on or off. Can never tell if the charger is working? I and my wife spent hours trying to make these junk hearing aids work! Still not working! Junk product. I dare you to print this review!!!!!!

Can’t hearI was told that they would issue…
First I was told that they would issue a refund, then later I was told they wouldn’t issue a refund. While it was a nice gesture sending me a new set, they really do have poor sound, even for the money.

The chirping noise would occur no…
The chirping noise would occur no matter what some or no dome I used. I tried to adjust the aids in my ears, but after a while they would move and then start chirping. Not good. Looking to try the behind the ear type.
