This company has been a total nightmare. I wore the in ear hearing aides for 3 days when one of the units broke. When I called for a replacement, they processed it, then when I called back to find out how long it was going to take, they said 2-3 weeks and that the replacement voids my warranty, I asked for a refund. I was told to send them the product, they would evaluate it and proceed from there. They denied my refund, then fixed the defective unit and demanded I pay $79 for the repair. It has been 2 months and they are finally sending me the hearing aides for free after I notified the GA Attorney General's office. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service department was fine with blaming me for everything. They were rude and condescending. They refused to have someone from management call me, after I requested that a number of times. Stay away from these crooks!

These are hard to get used to! Not near as good as my other ones and not overly fond of the battery operation. Prefer to wifi hookup! I am trying to like them but if not then I will return

Operator was informative and they were shipped rather quickly. I cannot leave feedback on the actual product as of yet because I just received them and my father hasn't put them in yet.
