Great little hearing aids, can hear again. Not over the ear, these don't have anything to get tangled up in my glasses or face mask. What a great price, just a fraction of the cost of other hearing aids.

Recieved order promptly. Instructions could be better. I don't see where there is any explanation of exactly how the earpiece should be positioned in the ear.

The web site was easy to navigate and understand.

I am having a problem with shrill noise in both units. Working on trying to correct problem but so far not successful. It takes a while to adjust to inserts.

The Hearing Aids worked right out of the box.

New whole set charger not working . no customer service help,just a script read. No returns department answer, callback as promised in 24+hrs. Told new charger being shipped, Dec 29, told today, dec30 not until next week Jan 3?.they not sure. Lied to!. Do not deal with nano. They can't deal with customer problems just read you a script. True experience in just 2 days.!!!!

Just received the hearing aids. Very nicely packaged and shipping was reasonable. Have not used yet, but will review once charged and used.

Received on time, and packaged very well. I've only had these for 3 days, and I am still getting used to the settings. The fit seems perfect after trying different ear domes.
