2 1/2 STARS IS ABOUT RIGHT. For me, wearing the Nano Hearing Aids is a mixed bag. I was able to wear them all day the first day, and although I could surely feel them in my ears, they didn't bother me too much at all. Several months later, I can still wear them all day, and feel them, without much bother; i.e. it was better than expected at first, but I never really became used to them being in my ears to the point that I don't notice them. If that were the only issue, I would give them at least four stars, but unfortunately, there are other bigger issues. In a nutshell, they work really well to amplify loud sounds that need little to no amplification, but not as well with lower or softer sounds that do need it. For example, in church, when a baby half way across the chapel screams it about blows my head off, yet I often have trouble hearing someone right next to me if they have a softer voice. I have been tempted on several occasions to say "just a minute, let me take my hearing aids out so I can hear you". Another issue is when driving with the window down, or being outside with even a light breeze, they make a frequent popping sound. Also, hearing myself talk doesn't sound the same at all when I am wearing the Nano Hearing Aids. It does not feel natural to talk with them in. Finally, I have noticed that often I can hear loud enough with them, but I still have some trouble understanding what someone has said; i.e. I don't believe the increased sound is quite as good as if I were naturally hearing at the same volume. For someone with quite poor hearing, I suspect they would benefit more from the Nanos than someone with less hearing loss. For me, I haven't decided for sure if they are better than nothing, giving the stated limitations, though I'm sure they are a blessing to other people, especially considering the low price. For the price, I'm sure they are well worth it for many people. For me, even though I have had them for a few months, the jury is still out. One side note: I started out with the basic Nanos, and after a few weeks I upgraded to the next level which are the digitals. The digitals did do away with the frequent squealing sound from one of my hearing aids, (which may have been more about the domes) but otherwise I didn't really notice a difference.

Using for a few hours a day to get used to them,can tell difference.

The sales representative was very helpful in explaining the options we had for hearing aids for my wife. Once we knew what was available, we made our purchase along with an extended warranty, and were informed of the expected arrival date. The hearing aids arrived on time and we are very pleased with the service.

I was able to try the hearing aids but they didn’t work for me. Too much adjusting between volume and programs. If I got them adjusted to watch tv. It definitely didn’t work when I went out and turned the radio on in the car. I appreciate being able to try them. Also had no hassle returning them.

Cant really hear good out of them, but the quick service was great

Your Hearing Aid works very well and I was surprised how much less it costs then all my previous ones

I write a lot of reviews for products and services. My NANO hearings aids FIT great, nothing hanging on the outside of my ear, other than the removal tab, and it's hard to see. BUT ,the Nano service left something to be desired, after only a few months of ownership the left aid when out. After almost a month with only (1). I finally received it back and it has been working like it should. *3 stars rating....

The hearing aides came in a short period of time and were better than I expected. They had more options than I thought they would have and the instructions were simple to understand. I've only had them a few days but i am very pleased.
