The hearing amplifiers did help but it would amplify percussive noises more than voices and soft sounds. It made it hard to do things like shopping because the noise the basket made was too loud. I my house my TV wouldn't get amplified as much as my dog running around. I also would experience feedback which was uncomfortable.

I have had three sets and the same thing went wrong with all of them. The last time the left one fell apart in less than a month. We even got the insurance the last time. The right one still works a little. I am tired of the hassle to send them back yet again. If you get this problem fixed let me know.

Unfortunately I have not been able to use the hearing aids regularly. I am using the smallest bulb in my right ear and it is uncomfortable and hurts when inserted. In addition, the charge only lasts a few hours. They are hard to adjust and the screeching noise is terrible. This has been a problem since I purchased them.

Instructions were difficult to understand. No way to tell if hearing aid is on/off without turning off/on. Charging cord is too short to really use. Pluses: Inexpensive! Good quality sound for price. Easy in/out
