Right earpod
Right earpod, not device, is not holding charge very long (5 min. at most). Always hearing high pitch even tho I've changed dome sizes. Difficult to locate button on the earpods while in use. Called c/service 3 times and no one can tell me what 2 beeps 3 times in decision means, does it mean charge is depleting? Ur manual says hold button 4 seconds to turn off or on, ur c/service says 6 to 8 seconds, being able to see visually would be a great help. Only way to tell is to cup the ear pod in my closed fist to hear whether it is off or on. If the replacement unit does not satisfy, I will be returning the unit for a full refund. I hope I do not have to return it.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR FRUSTRATION
The hearing aids never tell you if they're on or off, they don't tell you at volume setting you're at and the case would show that the aids were fully charged, I'd try using them for a few minutes with no success and when placed back into the charging case it would indicate that the right ear needed to be charged. I have sent them back for a refund.

Great experience from to finish. I can here again. Would recommend to anyone who has a hearing problem. Hearing aids are easy to adjust to the needs during the day wherever you go.

Sent my right hearing aid in for…
Sent my right hearing aid in for replacement. Received one back that did not work. Had to send it in for a 'repair'. Never received notice that it was done and was going to be charged for the repair. You waived the charges and mailed it. Now it's sitting in a USPS mail recovery center due to can't deliver or return to sender. Evidently the address label came off. My left one won hold a charge and am reluctant to send it in.

The price/charging.
The price, compared to most hearing aids, is a bargain. The main issue is proper placement in the charger as the removal tag often gets between the device and charging contacts, which prevents recharging.
