I'm sorry to hear that, Lynn. Unfortunately, we're unable to send it by mail. If you're having trouble, you can actually go to a library or any printing station and you can print it from there. You can also bring your device to your post office and they can print your label for you. Or, if ask help from your friends or relatives who has a printer or help you.

I find the Nano hearing aids confusing…
I find the Nano hearing aids confusing and not user friendly to use. The instructions in the user's guide and the actual settings do not match

Husband loves them
Husband loves them. He can hear clearly, but most of all, he can hear, and we no longer have to talk extremely loud for him to hear.

CSR is extremely responsive and effective! And offers the convenience of mode of communication; text, email, telephone. There may be an instance of a call scheduled "back" to caller so please be considerate of their customer base.

Nothing good but the price
The only thing good about them was the price. I didn't like anything else about them an I am planning on returning them. I've kept them this long trying to wear them to see if they get any better but so far no nothing has changed

I think its terrible that I had to pay…
I think its terrible that I had to pay for the ear tips for sizes that my father is not able to use; it would be nice if you could order six pair of the ear tips that actually fit in my father's ear canal, paid for 5 other tips that are not usable because they are too big. Just another way for a company to make more money off their consumers.
