Nano trial
I ordered hearing aids on June 9, and they were delved June 13. Info book was very helpful setting up aids. They work great so far.

Technical Support Customer Service
Technical Support Customer Service. The Technical support customer service woman I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. She had a lot of patience and spent a long time on the phone answering my questions. Not all the instructions that came with the Nano Hearing Aids were very specific and clear to me. After we ended our conversation and hung up the phone, I inserted the hearing aids correctly, but I'm not happy with the results. There were a lot of noises and interference sounds that sounded like a whistle. While I was speaking face to face with a neighbor, I was embarrassed and apologized because I kept saying "what". I mentioned that I just got new hearing aids. I asked her if she heard the whistle. She said "no" When I use them again tomorrow, and I still hear the same whistle sounds, I will call customer service and see if it can be cleared or straightened out.

Too Much Expected

Hello David, Please be advised that it normally takes 21 days for the brain to get used to wearing hearing aids so all I ask is that you wear these every day for a few more days/weeks to ensure you really let your ears adjust. It's very important to change the domes on your device due to the fact that most of the sound quality comes from the dome. Experience with Hearing Aids Good So Far
So far my experience with the Nano Hearing Aids has been good. I'm still learning which configuration of settings work best for me. The only issues have been the random sounds that are made when I turn my head rapidly and the high pitched sounds that appear to emanate from sensors that transmit signals like automatic door opening sensors and my neighbors weather station sensor.
