These hearing aides just did not work…
These hearing aides just did not work for me. The button that controled the volume and mode is very small, some difficulity in using it. When I used them, it always sounded like an echo in my head. I used the smallest plastic dome and still had trouble fitting it into one canal. They did make sounds louder and conversations louder but not clearer where I could understand what was being spoken much better.

This is their business model
This is their business model: I bought a pair of in ear hearing aids with their 45 day customer satisfaction guarantee. I called back after about 15 days wanting to do a return. They talked me into another set at no additional cost. Tried them for a period of time. Called to do a return, and they talked me into trying yet another set at no additional cost. Tried those for a period of time and still couldn't get them to work for me. Called back to say I'm moving on and would like to do a return. They said I was 4 days beyond the 45 day guarantee. So this is only good for the original purchase. No guarantee for satisfaction on the subsequent models. They did not inform me of this when sending the 2nd or 3rd set, conveniently letting me run beyond the 45 day return time frame.

Second set of the hearing aids this…
Second set of the hearing aids this time the right hearing aid would not charge, I swoped out to charge it in the left side of the charger the light turned green I went to set it up and it would not do anything, I put it back on the charger and it was orange again. I tried several times to no avail and still it did not work. Very unsatisfied as this was the second set I received since the first ones did not charge at all. Asked for a refund and Charlotte kept saying oh we can send the blue tooth ones, I kept saying I just want a total refund. Finally she heard me and said ok. Not happy with this company.
