So far, it hasn’t been a pleasant experience. Did everything on the instructions and my hearing with the aids in was worse than without aids at all.

It amplifies all the wrong sounds and when I speak people either can’t hear me or think i am raising my voice at them I have tried all different settings the only thing now my ears are sore from changing the settings there is also an audible clicking in both ears at random times

My nanos do cause me to hear voices/conversations better. However I’m still having issues getting used to the sound(s). It’s only been a few weeks so I’m still trying them.
