I can’t tell when they are off
I can’t tell when they are off. I’ve tried several ear buds and all I get is squelch at all levels! I’ve worn hearing aids for 6 years so I know what they should sound like. I will be returning them.

Great product & Superior Customer Support
Your agents and NANO have some of the best customer service around. They assisted is is replacing 2 sets of hearing aids when we were having some issues. No fault of Nano and the hearing aids. They not only replaced, but upgraded to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend Nano to anyone who is hearing impaired and needs some assistance. GREAT JOB !!

Tried several times to wear them but…I am not satisfies with them.
Tried several times to wear them but they did not fit right, when I was driving they made sounds every time I hit a bump. The sound that I heard from them was no better than the hearing aids that I paid for less than $100, needless to say, I am not satisfied. I will be returning them and asking for my money back.

Hearing aids did not work for elderly…The small size and design with the buttons on the back don't work for old crippled fingers.
Hearing aids did not work for elderly mom with arthritic fingers. Could not operate the button without pushing further into ear. It took over 2 days to get in touch with returns. I asked for an RMA via email and they said they had to do it over the phone. That was just a sales pitch for another model which required multiple no answers on my part, and then I got the into via email as I had originally requested! Hearing aids have been returned and as of 6/23/2023 I am waiting for the refund. Update: 7/27/23 still have not received the refund on my credit card.

The right hearing aid is squeaky
The right hearing aid is squeaky. Is that normal at first? Am I putting it in my ear incorrectly because I am left handed? I tried a different sized dome.
