The hearing aids are good but the right one did not work I called customer service and they were helpful and sent me a replacement but did not send a return shipping label

My dad needed parts for his hearing…

The hearing aids don’t work…
The hearing aids were delivered on time but neither of them work. The right hearing aid does not charge up and the left hearing aid has horrible background noise.

NANO ordering experience
I didn't have any interaction with customer service. I ordered the NANO hearing aids online and received them in 4 days or so. Everything went smoothly. I now have them and didn't need assistance in the ordering process.
