I cannot get used to these hearing aids…
I cannot get used to these hearing aids it seems like i'm talking in a tunnel all the time i've tried different settings. i am getting ready to send everything back.

Not what was expected
They are too small he don’t like them and they won’t work all the time or charge right,can he get a trade in for a a different model,or can we get a refund he’s in hospice care right now,I did get the insurance.

I am not personally impressed
I am not personally impressed. They squeak and whistle too much I have tried them a couple hours up to 4 hours a day... They push being patient. I'll give it a try, Don't expect Much.. No help Thus far UPDATE Thursday, 7/20 Nano hearing AIDS were supposedly to contact me 6 days ago. Nothing yet starting to see a trend here, BUYER BEWARE. They have never reached out to me. I had to reach out to them. We'll call you right back Called Nano Back Again. We will call you back within 24 hours. Nothing yet.... I need hearing AIDS, but this company is not for me. Be careful if you deal with these People.....

Twice I have had to return the products…
Twice I have had to return the products due to issues. Nano support had to send me a replacement. Attempted cancelation but due to the time to attempt to resolve the issue went past the refund timeline. I had to talk to so many people during this period that I never figured out where I stood with Nano. No wonder in reviews one major issue with Nano is the unwillingness to refund your purchase.

Disappointed with the battery life
Disappointed with the battery life. One is good for about 10 hours, the other around 12. My average day I need to hear 16 to 18 hours. The much cheaper battery aids last about 72 hours per battery.
