We purchased after my mom has been having problem with hearing. So far so good it’s only been 3 days so we want to give her the time to get used to them. I think we may have to make a few small adjustments in a week or so. But she can defiantly hear better. Thank you for helping my mom to hear a little better for a little longer. I had lost my first set of Nano's so I called customer service to ask about any discounts and they only offered refurbished model for about $222. I called sales and was able to get a new set for $198 I'd say that sales person did a very good job of helping a customer. By the way, I loved my Nano's the first time and can't wait for my new ones GREAT PRODUCT
