Nano not easy to use fo4 elderly parent
On 10/22 I called the service number to ask for a return code because my 93 yr old father couldn't remove the tiny ear piece part that you are supposed to grab. The rep assured me that someone would call me back. No call back on 10/22. Waiting today 10/23 for a call back.
