NameCrain lately (buyshared / buyvm) is a great company. Over more than 7 years, the relationship has been an incredible journey. The team there is amazing at taking care of and fixing things. They never fail to assist customers, even when they're wrong. I wish them all continued success.

The best service provider in the IT industry, especially Francisco, who is an exceptional person. He always provides excellent service, and if any issue arises, he offers immediate support and ensures the problem is resolved. The best service provider, hands down. Thank you, Francisco!

They always respond to tickets quickly. Services are as advertised and actually my websites load faster than the other hosting I was with before. Thanks!

I've been using NameCrane for a few months now, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. Their shared hosting setup is backed by solid hardware, ensuring smooth performance for my websites. What stands out the most is their instant and reliable support, which has been top-notch every time I've needed assistance. On top of that, their pricing is reasonable, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking for quality hosting without breaking the bank. I highly recommend NameCrane to anyone in need of dependable hosting services!

I'm not tech savvy. I have very little knowledge of this language. These guys are so helpful, and their responses are pleasant and clear. If I have an issue or a question based on my site, and I can not find the answer on a search engine I go to my last resort, that is to open a ticket. I have usually got a reply within 10 minutes with the answer. There's no arrogance here. It's seamless. Thank you! You seem very nice people.

Very happy with Namecrane. Everything just works and the price can't be beat. The staff (especially the Owner) are extremely responsive and helpful, even when I've created some kind of mess for myself and fixing it is absolutely not their job. Truly feel like I'm valued here. Can't recommend them enough.
