Fine provider. Their Luxembourg DA server 1 has some outages here and there. Support is OK, but sometimes they try to save time by posting useless or low value reply, it was better. Maybe more low qualified sys. admins reading support tickets. I have new Wordpress blog with HivePress and time it takes the server to generate the initial response: 329ms, TTFB: 650ms, First paint: 1.3s. That does not look good.

I have a DA Crate with them and it is running very smooth, haven't experienced any problem whatsoever since I've been with them on 10/24. Support wise, on their working time support is fast, but I'm in Indonesia and the support after hours is just almost non existent, so they will reply on the next work hours. Weekends? usually someone (Fran) will reply if you make quite a noise (sorry buddy) :)). I'd still recommend them to anyone needed a fair hosting price, knows how to fix small things here and there by yourself, and needed occassional support only.
