I've been a customer of Namecrane's products since the BuyShared days. They've always provided a stellar service with some amazing support (fast responses, from actual people). And the price is definitely not something you can complain about.
The transition from BuyShared to Namecrane was so smooth I took a double take. My account just worked on the new site with no downtime whatsoever.
Namecrane truly brings the level of support and expertise that BuyVM customers expect to the web market, and I'm all here for it.
I look forward to being a customer of Namecrane for years to come.

Stellar Service and Seamless Transition
As a long-time customer of BuyVM, I've been utilizing their VPS plans since 2021, and I must say, I couldn't be happier with their service. From the outset, their commitment to reliability, performance, and customer support has consistently exceeded my expectations.
One of the standout features of BuyVM is their exceptional customer service. Whenever I encountered an issue or needed assistance, their support team was always prompt, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Whether it was a technical query or a billing concern, they were there every step of the way, ensuring that my experience remained smooth and hassle-free.
Recently, I decided to explore shared hosting options and opted for their partners at NameCrane. The transition process was seamless, thanks to the collaborative efforts of both BuyVM and NameCrane. The shared hosting plan provided by NameCrane has been nothing short of excellent. The speed and performance of my website have been consistently impressive, reflecting the reliability that I've come to expect from BuyVM.
Moreover, the support staff at NameCrane has been equally commendable. They are attentive, responsive, and proficient in addressing any concerns or queries I may have. It's reassuring to know that whether I'm dealing with BuyVM directly or their partners at NameCrane, I can always rely on prompt and effective assistance.
In conclusion, my experience with BuyVM and their partners at NameCrane has been exceptionally positive. Their commitment to customer satisfaction, coupled with reliable hosting solutions and exemplary support, has earned my trust and loyalty. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking top-notch hosting solutions backed by outstanding support.
