Great products, great customer service

I was looking for affordable hosting and stumbled upon Namecrane. I liked the vibe around their founder "Francisco" so I went ahead and registered. Now, I've been at Fastcomet, Namecheap, Stablehost before and never did I ever come across the concept of service not active immediately upon signing up and payment, so I went ahead and opened up a simple ticket with the title "How long before the service becomes active?" because I was really worried if the whole transfer from my previous host would be done on time. To my dismay, this is what I got in reply from Karen from their support team - "Be aware that opening tickets will delay the process as tickets need to be answered before processing orders. If you are unable to wait, please advise to cancel and refund your order." Honestly, I don't know what you guys make of it, to me this is quite rude and unfriendly and a big red flag! I went ahead and requested a cancellation and refund (which they promptly complied with) I then went ahead with Simplesonic and have been quite happy with them since.

Excellent service no issues, got a cPanel crate, performace is outstanding, moved a couple of client sites over. Needed to submit a support ticket was answered quickly and was very helpful. Also got Cranemail which is an great service with spam filtering by spam experts. Its been 100% accurate

Excellent service not just the email but the Crate hosting has been amazing! The customer service is always above and beyond, I hope the implement referrals soon, because this company offers amazing products.

I've been with NameCrane pretty much since they started. Service is great, prices are fantastic. I needed to contact support recently and they went above and beyond to help me out. I'm very happy with them.

Really nice and fast response, very professional, educated people in customer support, it's my first time working on my site so when I bought a hosting I messed up with domain 😅 luckily Mike understood everything and problem was solved in no time, Mike deserves a rise for having to solve my problem, thank you NameCrane for great hosting options and also really big thanks to Mike for spending Sunday afternoon with me.
