Install was not smooth

Pool was great! Left out a hose! Install guy kept working and I drove to the store and was given free part/hose. Nice recovery.

I think Namco offers good value for a fair price. Some items quality could be better.

You got to like the pool's

I received a replacement pool cover in the fall 2019 as the new cover I purchased in the fall 2018 opened at the seam over the winter. I looking at my pool today I see that the new cover did the same thing, same spot. Again I have to do a lot more to get the pool ready this year. It's great you replaced the cover last year for free, but there may be a production problem

Great store buy most of my products there

When I was in the store the people there were very helpful and when I got a product they knew it was not right for my pool .i have a salt water pool and was getting things for a non salt water pool. So this is the kind of help I needed .. Thank you for having great people working in your store.
