I have emailed the company twice and have not received 1 response. Took my money but won't give me a update on when I can expect my order. I asked I what ordered they said it was in stock. Took 600.00 dollars of my money and now won't respond.

Very displeased with the website. The Site does not allow me to ship my items to my to my local store for pick up it forced me to ship the items to my home at a substantial fee

Never, ever again, Namco. I have had a Namco pool for 15-20 years. I have replaced the liner once, approx 12-13 years ago. At that time, I was provided with a list of available installers. I ordered a replacement liner from Namco, foolishly assuming that they have installers that they recommend. After finally getting an answered phone call, I got a very rude woman who stated that they no longer have any installers that they recommend. That I “ could search on you tube or something” for installation instructions. I was able to locate an installer by another pool company who told me that “no one installs for Namco because they have a low quality product and that they aren’t an easy company to deal with.” I would agree with him.

Everybody likes Kim from Customer Service Department. Now I understand why I have been calling her and she can not answer. I have some questions and looks like the only one can answer these questions is Kim. Please improve your customer service. Thank You!

Have not received my solar reel as of 4/5/2021

I have been trying to return an item I purchased online and it is impossible to get hold off customer service rep via phone or an email.

The wrong size cover was sent to me. After closing the pool we opened the box to find the wrong size cover. I ordered an oval cover and they sent me a round one. Now i have to wait til Monday before they open again. Namco stores do not have any covers and in the mean time My pool is getting dirty with no pump running because everything has been disconnected. Not good Namco. Box says 24 inch round.

You had closeout sales for closing the pool, but not the products. Too busy trying to sell worthless kits when the product could had been sold individually. After 25 years of closing my pool with what I need, I finally went to another store to get what I needed. Too bad you don't listen to your customers.
