The shopping experience was great. It was easy to find the product I needed and To check out. My only issue is that shipping was rather expensive, $22 on a $46 purchase.

I was very impressed with Kim W. She worked hard at getting us our pool . She answered all of my phone calls and emails, and there were a lot!! She checked on our order and went out of her way to help us check shipping dates!

I am extremely pleased that the pool liner I ordered online was delivered in just two days.It was, however frustrating to be on hold for over an hour without anyone answering the phone.

I was happy to find a pool that had a delivery date in July considering pools are sold out for the season across the state due to Covid-19 and people panic buying pools this summer. I'm still cautiously hopeful that it will be delivered the end of this month.

Called looking for a pool liner, they said they didn't have any in stock but i could go right on their website and order one. simple easy and quick. thank you!

You guys were great helping us choose our new pool & all the items we needed to get our happy place back. The pool manufacturer not so much, it took a really long time to get the pool & since then we’ve had problems with the pump. Two years later we still don’t have the right pump. Now there is a leak in the liner, no obvious hole that we can see, so we think it’s in a seam but have to try to figure out where. We will probably have to replace the liner at our cost & find someone to install it for us.

The machine and computer were not always accurate so I thought I wasn't given the correct amount of chemicaks for my pool water problem and had to return several times. The sales associates always did their best to help which I appreciated the most. Great service from them!
